What Now Community Living provides affordable, furnished shared housing in a structured and supportive community environment. Our housing is designated for adults who can live independently and manage their own daily needs.

What Now Community Living serves seniors, adults with disabilities, Veterans, and adults re-entering society.
What are the move-in requirements?
Move-in requires a basic background verification and agreement to our house standards, designed to maintain a supportive and structured community. Applicants are required to provide verification of income of benefits as part of the screening process.
How long can I stay?
Housing is provided on a month to month basis, subject to the housing agreement and community guidelines.
Can case managers or organizations refer someone?
Yes, What Now Community Living works with community partners to place adults looking for community living spaces.
Is this assisted living or a medical facility ?
No. What Now Community Living provides independent housing. We do not provide nursing, medical care, medication administration, or personal-care assistance. Residents must be capable of managing their own medications, appointments, personal care, and daily activities.
Are the rooms furnished ?
Yes. Furnished housing is available, including basic bedroom furnishings. Specific furnishings can vary by room.
